Birthing Guidance
My intention and honor, as your doula, is to walk through your journey beside you, to guide, nurture, and support you in whatever direction your path may take. I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth. I will stay in close contact, routinely checking on how you’re doing and stepping in with anything you might need!

Placenta encapsulation is growing in popularity for new mothers with an interest in natural postpartum wellness. Encapsulation is a process of cooking, preserving and encapsulating a mother’s placenta, one of the body’s most nutrient-rich organs. Placentas are packed with iron, growth factors, B6, and hormones which have all been shown to be helpful in easing a new mother into her postpartum life. Even with steaming and dehydrating the placenta, the majority of the beneficial hormones and nutrients remain.
Baby Wearing Consult
A 90 minute appointment to explore how to enjoy wearing your baby safely! We’ll discuss and demo a wide variety of carriers, eventually guiding you to a choice of carrier (or carriers) that meet your goals for baby wearing. Ideal for families who are new to baby wearing with an infant under 6 months old.
